Delete Your Account

Delete from the app

1. Open HQ Capture.
2. Open Settings, then Privacy & Data.
3. Select Delete Account & Cloud Data.
4. Review the warning and confirm only when you are certain.

The app asks for confirmation before deletion begins.

Request deletion without the app

Email the address below from the Google email connected to HQ Capture. Use the subject HQ Capture Account Deletion Request.

Email an account-deletion request

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request. Do not send passwords, Google authorization codes, screenshots containing private ride information, or other sensitive information by email.

What deletion covers

• Your HQ Capture cloud account record.
• Stored Google authorization credentials.
• Cloud synchronization records and retained cloud payloads associated with the account.
• Optional support-access authorization associated with the account.

Your Driver HQ spreadsheet is different: it belongs to you in Google Drive and is not deleted automatically. Delete that spreadsheet from Google Drive if you also want it removed.

Data that must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons may be kept only as described in the HQ Capture Privacy Policy.
